To the staff and cooks at the Chicago Dough Company in Richton Park. Wow! I have eaten a lot of good pizza in my time in Chicago, but you guys really put your foot in your pie. Excellent flavor. I came in on February 13, 2010 with a group of guys from my church. We ordered a few of your XL double dough pizzas with sausage and pepperoni. Needless to say every one to a man left your restaurant absolutely stuffed and satisfied. The Quality and the taste of your pizza is unmatched. I wish you guys had a location in the city of Chicago. You might put some of the other great pizza places out of business. Your pie is absolute quality. And our server even though she was pregnant, was very pleasant and really had a heart to serve our group. Please tell her thank you again for her hard work! We really enjoyed ourselves at your establishment. It makes me hungry just thinking about the experience. Anthony D. Howard Chicago
